Great location and service make for a pleasant stay

Smoky Mountain Inn & Suites boasts a prime location just minutes from the casino and local restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, and the heated pool was a delightful surprise. Friendly and professional staff further enhance the experience, making it a spot worth revisiting.

Huge room with the shower and direct outside access and tub, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. With tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge.

Internet was terrible, made me a little nervous.

We loved this hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for the casino. The room felt cozy, but the beds really need upgrades—only thin covers and some discomfort there. Loved the step-in shower with good pressure. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the breakfast was disappointing; often missing key items like coffee cups and muffins. The lack of cable was a letdown, and it was tough to manage two toddlers in just a shower stall. Clean, spacious, but it needs some attention to really shine.

The pool and hot tub are decent for a chill afternoon. The staff are friendly and the breakfast includes bagels, yogurt, and coffee.

The lack of housekeeping left me asking for towels.

The room was clean and good for two people, but the air conditioning unit was antiquated, waking me up with noise. The king bed felt old and had a pokey topper, making it quite uncomfortable. There was a nice-sized fridge but no microwave. The bathroom was small, and the shower was fine, although one towel had threads and stains. The breakfast limited options were fresh, but the muffin was hard. The area was quiet, and the pool temperature was perfect. Staff were friendly, but there were some maintenance issues experienced in earlier rooms.

Decent location. Secluded enough to avoid downtown chaos. This was my third stay. Previous visits were satisfactory; however, this time marred by pest issues. Roaches were present in both my room and my sister’s—an unfortunate inconvenience, particularly during a busy holiday. Staff, though accommodating, faced challenges. They offered to move us and refund one night, which was appreciated. The indoor pool remains a highlight, and the beds, albeit not plush, suffice for the price. cleanliness needs attention; corners were neglected. Breakfast options were dismal. The disturbed ambiance upon arrival was disappointing. An iron mishap added to the frustration. They refunded our stay but should consider better guest care. Potential exists, just requires commitment.
